How to earn an income with doTERRA

 

 

I adore sharing my story and how incredible this business is, but I've noticed recently that people want to know the 'how'. 

So you love the look of the business & lifestyle and have fallen in love with the oils, but can't really connect how you can actually get paid a six or seven figure income by sharing essential oils with others? Here I'll share exactly how you can earn money with doTERRA.

In the graph above, you'll see the average annual incomes for the leadership positions in doTERRA. These incomes provide a guide as to what the earning potential is once you have started to build your own tribe of oil & wellness lovers. They key to achieving leadership ranks in doTERRA is simply duplication. If you share doTERRA with your people and then they share with their people and then they share with their people and so on, you will have a thriving business with doTERRA. 

Lets begin with the doTERRA ranks. A rank is basically recognition. Recognition for sharing some awesome products into the homes of others. The more you share, the better the recognition. 
 I've always worked hard, studied hard and worked to achieve. But the problem is with traditional work, I had to continue to up skill, had to wait for my annual review and had to continue to apply for new positions.... If they came up. The pay increments were also not that flash. 
But with doTERRA, we get to decide! Based on the work that we put in is how we get paid. Here are the doTERRA ranks: 

Executive: 2000 OV Executive is achieved when your organisation makes up 2000 Overall volume (OV). Each product that you or someone in your organisation purchases goes towards your OV. Each product has whats called a Product Volume (PV) which is usually a little less than the dollar value. All of the PV in your organisation is added for the month, which provides your OV. At the end of the month, when all of you and your teams volume reached 2000, you will be ranked at Executive. This rank is easily achieved in the first month. 

Elite: 3000 OV Elite is achieved when your organisation reaches 3000 OV. I achieved Elite in my first month with doTERRA. One class on average makes up 500 OV, so with six classes Elite can easily be achieved. Elite is usually the first rank goal that our tribe aims for. The average timeline is up to 6 months, but I like to help my team achieve this in the first few months. 

Premier: 5000 OV Premier is the first rank that you need to have 'teams'. You need to have two leaders that achieve Executive (2000 ov) and a total overall volume of 5000 OV. So basically if you have two leaders that have 4 classes each and you have a couple of classes, then you'll be Premier. On average it takes about 8 months to achieve Premier. It took me 3 months and some of my team have done it quicker. 

This is where the residual income really comes into play. Once you have reached leadership ranks, you start to receive bonuses & leadership pools. This is when things start to get reeeeally exciting. At these levels, you will receive an account manager from doTERRA Head Office that will work closely with you. You will also be featured as a Freedom Tribe Ambassador on our team website and be part of our leadership group. 

Silver: 3 Elites When you are a Silver leader you have three seperate teams. The Overall Volume of each team will be at least 3000 and your leaders will be ranked at least Elite. I have team members in our Freedom Tribe that have achieved Silver in their first month!!! It took me five months and the average is around 13 months. The average income is around $2,100 per month. 

Gold: 3 Premiers Now we need to help our leaders achieve Premier. Once you have three Premier leaders, then you'll be ranked gold. Gold was my initial big goal so that I could quit my job. It took me about 8 months to achieve Gold. Now there are many other golds in my team and the timelines vary. It takes on average 14 months to achieve gold and the average earnings is about $4700 per month. 

Platinum: 3 Silvers At Platinum you now have three leaders that are now in the leadership ranks and you have reached the first six figure rank! It took me 12 months to achieve Platinum and on average it takes about 23 months. the average monthly income is about $8800 per month. At this rank my husband quit his job so we could travel Australia. We were able to travel our country and still receive this incredible income. At this stage of your business, your three leaders are generally leading their teams and it can take some pressure off to enjoy the benefits of a residual income. 

Diamond: 4 Silvers Diamond is when you begin a whole new team. When you have 4 teams that are Silver and above, you will now be a Diamond Leader. Diamond is a very prestigious doTERRA rank. It took me 18 months to achieve Diamond, on average it takes about 36 months. The average income for Diamond is $16,000 per month. 

Blue Diamond: 5 Golds At Blue Diamond, you need to have 5 leadership teams. Im currently in the process of building my 5th team (as of Feb 2017) and aim to be Blue Diamond within the next few months. Again, at this stage its just about supporting my leaders to reach their goals. I already have 4 Gold leaders, so its just about helping others to reach their big goals. The average monthly earnings is around $36,000. My goal for Blue Diamond is by May 2017. (***EDIT, I reached Blue Diamond in April 2017 ;) ) 

Presidential Diamond: 6 Platinums Presidential Diamond is when you have supported six of your leaders achieve a six figure rank. I can see this happening for me by the end of 2017. I work very closely with my leaders and I believe in them 100% and know that they can achieve Platinum (and beyond), which then as a result will create a Presidential Diamond Organisation. The average earning for Presidential Diamond is $106,000 per month. There are currently 2 Presidential Diamonds in Australia and many more globally. By the end of 2017 there will be many more Presidential Diamonds here in Australia and based on the growth of doTERRA this will begin to grow massively over the coming years. (***EDIT, I reached Presidential Diamond in November 2017 ;) There were 8 Australian Presidential Diamonds by the end of 2017 ) 

Looking at these ranks, it can be extremely overwhelming for some. But breaking it down to achieving Elite by having 6 classes in a month. Then helping 3 people achieve Elite, and you are Silver. Then helping your 3 Elites to become Silver, by duplicating what you have done and you are then Platinum and a six figure earner. Once you have then helped 6 people achieve Platinum, you will be Presidential Diamond and a seven figure earner. 

This business is based on sharing beautiful essential oils  with others and then supporting others to grow their own beautiful heart centred business.
